BSJ claims ‘Fair Usage’ for all music cuts used. All claims for copyright infringement are contested at all levels up to and including “Take Down” and DMCA Counter Notices as issued by Rod Lucas owner of Best Smooth Jazz. We vigorously defend copyright infringement notices under the doctrine of Fair Usage (clause DMCA act 1998) section 107 - Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use.
